Since September 2016, Swiss Bionic Solutions has launched a new “Swiss Bionic Solutions Ticket Support Center” (https://support.swissbionic.com/support) where any customer can log a support case online.
To log the case is simple:
There are 2 fields you need to take note of to successfully create a new ticket.
- Customer number. You can find this number at the top right of your invoice.
- E-mail address. The e-mail should be the same as the one you use for registration.
